The Luxury of Independence

St. George’s Group Limited is one of the few remaining Bermudian owned and fully independent fiduciary services providers.  No bank, accounting, legal or asset management firm controls our company. This ensures our ability to exercise truly independent and focused management of our clients’ affairs and, when appropriate, utilise external service providers around the globe that best serve our clients’ interests.

We are not a branch office of a large financial organisation with costly marketing initiatives and weighty time focused fee structures. We would rather spend our time implementing optimal solutions for your needs and have found the majority of our clients prefer to work with us on a predictable and inclusive fee arrangement rather than be subject to recurring bills for every conversation held, email sent, or photocopy made.

Our core businesses are trust, family office services and corporate administration.  This focused approach allows us to be efficient and responsive in carrying out transactions together with supporting and making decisions for our clients.
